Dynestrand Camping & Ställplats

Welcome to Dynestrand Camping & Ställplats. Here you live a stone's throw from the sea with a motorhome, caravan, tent or in our cottages. The facility has its own small island with a beach that is reached via a suspension bridge. The campsite is located near the E6 with 7 km to Strömstad center and 8 km to Nordby Shopping Center. Dynekilen golf course is only 300 meters away, here you will find a nice Pay & Play golf course with 18 holes.

Dynestrand Camping & Ställplats is located near the lovely little town of Strömstad. Here you will find everything from shopping, cafes, restaurants and much more. If you want to take a trip out to sea and experience the Bohuslän archipelago, this is also the best starting point.

Here you will find boats that take you out to, among other things, the Koster Islands. The Koster Islands are well known for their beautiful surroundings where you can advantageously rent bicycles and get around the islands. Find your own beach or cliff and enjoy the summer in the best possible way.

Another popular stop is Ursholmen Lighthouse. Here you will find Sweden's westernmost post and this is only accessible by boat, either via Strömstad harbor or with your own. The lighthouse site is currently unmanned, but the old residence, sheds and lighthouse are still standing, and a museum has been created to show what it was like to live and work as a lighthouse keeper.

If you want to take the family on a little speed and fan, Daftöland can be found only 5 km south of Strömstad. Here you will find attractions for both young and old, and if you add a pirate theme and fast-paced shows, you have a perfect full-day experience ahead of you. Daftöland is open during the summer months. If you come walking past Dynestrand, Bohusleden is not far away.

Bohusleden offers 370 km of beautiful nature and very varied types of hiking. Take you through forests and lakes, over wild wastelands and marshes! Only a few miles inland, this wild nature experience is offered and if you are lucky you will see both moose and beavers.

Enjoy nature, fish your dinner, pick mushrooms, lingonberries and cloudberries and find the peace within. The different stages offered near the campsite and Strömstad are Strömstad - Högstad - Krokstrand - Vassbottna.

Dynestrand is also very close to Norway. You can therefore easily take a visit to our fine neighboring country. take a trip to the Svinesund bridges where you will find the most beautiful of border crossings between our countries. Then continue to historic Halden and take in all the historical stories there.
