In accordance with European data protection laws, we follow the rules to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of personal information. We use appropriate business systems and procedures to protect the personal information you provide to us. We also use security procedures - technical and physical restrictions for access to the use of personal information on our servers. Only authorized personnel may access personal information during their work.
Your credit card information is not stored with us but by the payment provider.
Children
The services that Campcation offers are not aimed at children under 18 years of age. Use of any of our services is only permitted with the valid consent of a parent or guardian. If we receive information from a child under the age of 18, we reserve the right to delete it.
Data protection support
You always have the right to review the personal information we hold about you. You can request an overview of your personal information by emailing us at info@campcation.se. Write “Request personal information - Your name“ in the subject line of your e-mail and include a copy of your identity card to help us prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.
If the personal information we have about you is incorrect, we will update it at your request. You can also ask us to delete your personal information from our customer database by sending an e-mail to info@campcation.se with “Request for deletion of personal information - Your name“ in the subject line. However, we may need to retain certain information, for example for legal or administrative purposes, for example to detect fraud. You can delete your user account at any time by logging in to your account on the Campcation website and choosing to delete your account.
