About the campsite

A warm welcome to Voxnabruk canoe & camping!

Here, in a lovely environment and beautiful surroundings, you will stay at a campsite, cottage or apartment.
Next to the facility you will also find over 250 km of canoe trails with different variations and levels of difficulty. Everything from whitewater canoeing to quiet and beautiful stretches right next to Voxnan's beach. The facility is located just outside Edsbyn in our beautiful Hälsingland region, right on the border with Dalarna.

Voxnabruk canoe & camping offers, as previously mentioned, several different types of accommodation.
Everything from pitches for motorhomes/ caravans to cottages and self-catering apartments. The self-catering apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, dining area and equipment to prepare your own food during your stay. You will also find a toilet and shower and free Wifi.
If you prefer to stay in a cottage, you will also find this. The cottage "island" is located right next to the Swedish window arena in Edsbyn where, among other things, Edsbyn's bandy team plays its home games.
The cottages you will find here are spacious at 37 square meters and are fully equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower. In the common areas you will also find both laundry facilities and a sauna to relax or just warm up in a cold evening. The cottages are located in an active area where you can indulge in both skiing (winter time) and cycling (summer time).

The area around Voxnabruk Canoe & Camping offers, as mentioned earlier, some of the best canoe trails in Sweden, suitable for everyone with different levels of difficulty. Voxnabruk Canoe & Camping offers several packages and tours that you can enjoy during your stay. If you are looking for fishing, you have also come to the right place! Here you can fish in the home fishing grounds of fishing legend Hans Lidman. On the hook you can expect everything from grayling, trout, perch, whitefish to the famous pike. The area is also home to an annual game fish stocking and you can fish for both trout and char on the day/year pass in some of the selected lakes. Feel free to combine fishing with a canoe trip and take your nature experience to the next level!

If you want to do something other than canoeing and fishing, you can go to nearby Edsbyn in the municipality of Ovanåker. Below are some of the things to see and do and all of these with free admission!

The Emigrant Museum gives you the opportunity to follow the journey of the Erik-Jans from Alfta to Bishop hill.
At the Industrial History Museum you can learn how ÖSA developed from a small village smithy to a world-leading forestry machinery company. Hälgegården - here you will find an exhibition about the cartoon character hälge and the creator Lars Mortimer. Voxnadalen Biosphere Reserve - learn about Sweden's seven different biosphere reserves.

In addition, Edsbyn is a Mecca for the bandy enthusiast. Jump into the huddle and experience bandy at its best!
