Sysslebäcks Stugby & Fiskecamping

Badhusvägen 2, 680 60 Sysslebäck

About the campsite

Sysslebäcks Stugby & Fiskecamping is located in the heart of our peaceful and scenic Värmland. This fine facility is as close to the well-groomed slopes of Branäs as it is to the well-maintained cross-country trails of Långberget (about 10 km). If you visit Sysslebäcks stugby & Fiskecamping during the summer months, one of the finest fishing waters is on offer, namely the waters of the Klarälven, located right next to the campsite. The facility has around 20 cottages, a hostel and more than 100 camping pitches available for those coming with a caravan, motorhome or tent.

The campsite offers plenty of activities for the whole family. In addition to the already mentioned skiing possibilities, both downhill and cross-country, we find several activities suitable for summer time. You don't even have to leave the resort to have access to, for example, canoe rental, tennis games, a round of mini-golf, playing football or just enjoying a walk or longer hike. If the children are playful, you will also find a nice playground to use. At the reception of Sysslebäcks stugby & Fiskecamping you will find a kiosk, basic groceries and sweets.

If you are looking for skiing equipment, you have come to the right place! During the winter season, the resort has an outlet where you can find ski equipment at up to 50% discount. Choose from everything from ski goggles to mittens and plenty of other necessities for a great day on the slopes or in the groomers.

If you are looking for an oasis for the outdoor enthusiast, you have come to the right place!
Sysslebäcks Cottage Village & Fishing Campsite and surrounding area offers everything that nature has to offer.
Take a hike on one of the many great trails, head out into the woods and pick the finest and freshest of cloudberries and lingonberries, or why not pay a visit to Värmland's highest mountain? (Granbergstoppen, located about 700 m above sea level). We highly recommend that you make your way to the lookout tower to get a view of this scenic landscape for miles around.

Other things to do in the area include taking a guided fishing trip, going on a beaver and moose safari or why not build your own raft and head down the river? You'll also find more extreme activities such as fast-paced rafting.

If you prefer to take it easy, a visit to Nordvärmland's Hunting & Fishing Museum in beautiful Ransby is recommended. A visit to the homestead is also usually well appreciated.
