Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter

A warm welcome to Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter!

Here you will find a camp / conference center / camping that is located on the border between beautiful Härjedalen and Jämtland. Here you get a secluded quiet environment to relax in but where you are also close to the buzz of the ski resorts around Vemdalsfjällen.

At Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter you can stay both on the campsite with the camper, caravan or tent or in one of our rooms located in the Wilderness Center.

The campsite consists of about 30 places, where each place has a generous area of about 8x15m. You will also find electrical outlets with electricity meters and as much as 16 amps per site. The campground is also equipped with Wi-fi for the connected individual. In the Service House you will find shower and toilet, as well as a separate entrance to the wilderness center with toilet and washing facilities.

The wilderness center is over 900m² and is spread over 3 levels with 65 beds, 14 showers, 8 toilets and a large kitchen. The rooms that you find here are available in both 2, 4 and 6 bed versions where the majority are 4 bed rooms.<br>

The building also houses rooms for the playroom / assembly hall found on the ground floor, where a ping pong table and pool table are ready to be used. There is also a waxing shed and drying room as well as a sauna with showers and changing rooms that are perfect after a cold day out in the beautiful winter landscape.

Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter is relatively central despite its quiet and secluded location. next to the facility you will find our own electric light trail (1km and 3km), the snowmobile trail close by with an extensive snowmobile trail network, trails for dog sledding of 16km and 30km and much more. For cozy evenings, it is perfect to gather and grill at our nice grillada where you go by snowmobile.

Around Nederhögen there are also fine fishing waters such as Sörtjärn, Vitvattnet, Horten and Klövsjön. Try your luck at fishing, go hiking and enjoy nature here with us at Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter.
