Lessebo Camping is part of the Småland landscape. In the middle of Glasriket, right next to Lake Läen, you will find this gem. In the area there are a total of 30 camping pitches for caravans and motorhomes, 22 of these are with electricity and 8 are without. Call the campsite on +4676-824 36 08 for booking, if available pitches here at Campcation are booked.

There are also several tent pitches if you prefer. The campsite is quiet and family-friendly.

In the area there is a service house equipped with toilet, shower, washing facilities, simple cooking facilities and dishwashing. The reception is also located here, which is open from 10-12.30 and for check-in from 15:00 to at least 18:00.

Right next to the campsite you will find a nice municipal bathing area with both a wheelchair ramp, boat harbour and piers. Our four-legged pets are of course welcome at the campsite, but unfortunately they are not allowed to stay at the municipal bathing area but must be content to stroll around the campsite area.

The campsite is open between 1 May and 30 September.

The campsite's fantastic location in the middle of Glasriket makes it the perfect starting point when you want to have plenty of excursion destinations within comfortable distance. In the middle of Lessebo you will find, for example, Lessebo church from 1958 and a little further away Stenmagasinet - Lessebo's local history museum that reflects the history of the community from the 18th century to modern times. The local park in Hovmantorp has a small but well-stocked glassworks museum, and in Bergdala there is a glass technology museum.

If the shopping urge takes over, Kosta Outlet and Lädja Snickerimagasin are just around the corner.

If you like the outdoors and wilderness life, there are plenty of adventures to experience. Åsens National Park in Tingsryd and Alvesta municipality, Grönåsen's Elk and Farm Animal Park 16.4 kilometers from Lessebo and Lövsjö Ängar in Kosta.

If you have time to spare, a visit to Linnaeus Råshult is recommended. Komministergården is the birthplace of Carl von Linné.

For those interested in culture, there are also plenty of museums to visit.

  • Kyrkeby Bränneri - Sweden's oldest distillery that offers both guided tours and tastings. Kyrkeby Bränneri is located 39.4 kilometers from Lessebo.
  • James Bond Museum - The name speaks for itself, 44 kilometers from the campsite you will find this museum.
  • Fairy Tale Museum - The place for all oral histories, fairy tales and legends. 95.2 kilometers from the campsite.
  • IKEA Museum - Who doesn't want to visit a part of Sweden's history in Älmhult?! 98.5 km from Lessebo.
